Your Kids Will Go Nuggets For Dinner
when you serve them Cheesy Nugget Crescents!
Try going gourmet with your kids' favorite chicken nuggets. They're delicious and simple to make. Share some family time before dinner and let the kids make their own.
What You'll Need:
~Canola Cooking Spray
~1 package (8oz) crescent rolls
~8 slices of honey ham
~4 thin slices of cheese, halved
~8 frozen chicken nuggets
~Dipping sauce: Ranch or Salsa (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Preheat Oven 375 Degrees
2. Unroll your package of crescents and separate. Place 1 slice of folded ham, 1 piece of cheese, and 1 nugget crosswise over the pointed end of each triangle crescent. Roll up the crescent to enclose the nugget. Place the seamed side down on baking sheet.
3. Bake 14-16 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy!

I love to make these when I'm in a hurry to get something on the table. They're great for a quick dinner and taste delicious!
Ingredients you'll need:
2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 bottle of barbecue sauce
2 T brown sugar
2 cans Pillsbury biscuits (*See my quick yeast roll recipe below if you'd rather make your own dough)
Shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions:
Brown beef and drain. Add barbecue sauce and brown sugar. Flatten and stretch biscuits. Place in greased muffin tin. Spoon mixture into dough and top with cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 10
minutes.
Variation: Spread dough in 9 -inch pie pan. Use sloppy mix as filling.
*My Quick Yeast Roll Recipe:
Add together in large bowl: 1/4 cup Sugar, 1/4 cup butter flavored shortening, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 Cup HOT water
Mix together with mixer then add 1 egg and slowly add 1 TBS. Rapid Rise Yeast (or 1 pouch)
Then slowly work in 3-4 cups of flour. Knead with hands until dough is workable. Spray your clean counter top with cooking oil spray and then roll out your dough and cut into circles to fit over your muffin tin. Enjoy!
